"I'm on a "see how it goes" status for this one. I would likely do a couple more and see if anything sold. If no sales after three or four, I'd likely drop the event just because I can't spend the booth fee and a whole day for nothing."

janicajayne (Oct 15, 2006)

"I'll be glad to see it grow some more. I think it could be a good thing for the community up here."

Melinda (Oct 1, 2006)

"I was very comfortable, and extremely surprised at how welcoming and friendly they are. I felt such a bond to practically everyone; the love energy is strong and very healing. I felt so much a part of this group from the first moment I walked through the door. It astounds me even now how friendly they are. I've already switched contact info with a few of them (at their request!! Surpirsed me!!) I want to introduce them to everyone I know. The priestess (or was an ovate? I forget, lol!) was too cool for words! She really drew me in. I felt the love magick swirling fiercely about me during the ritual. I felt a charge of energy and a protectiveness around me that sustained me (I'm sensitive to heat for a medical condition, and must be kept cold at all times). It was hot and muggy, and everyone else around me was pretty hot and sweaty. I actually felt COLD -- not horribly uncomfortable cold, but cold... the Goddess maintained my temperature needs. Blessed be!!!"

Jude Hall (Sep 10, 2006)

"So far, so good. Both of my experiences have been good so far."

Annes (Jul 14, 2006)

"I met some very opinionated people. That's all I've got to say."

Wendy (May 23, 2006)

"Great group!"

"Great friends and love the conversations we have."

Sheila Herrera (Mar 17, 2005)

"I really enjoy our group and hope that it continues to grow.I would eventually like us to get to the point where we actually get together for circles and sabbats. I do realize that takes time though. I have loved meeting the people that have come. Look forward to the growth of our group. "

kristine (Jan 26, 2005)

"Everyone was so wonderful. warm and open and happy. everyone was social and so nice. Thank you everyone who came, it really ment so much to sami and I"

OUR GEOGRAPHICAL AREA
The postings of this group for regular 1 day events include all areas that can be traveled to in 1:30 - 2:00 hours from the center of Houston proper. So this group serves, but is not limited to the following areas: Houston, West University, Spring, Sugarland, Clear Lake, Bellaire, Pasadena, South Houston, Alvin, Texas City, Pearland, Galveston, El Lago, Katy, LaPorte, Liberty, Huntsville, Bryan, College Station, Navasota, Jersey Village, Friendswood, Sealy, Rosenburg, Highlands, Kingwood, Liberty, Clevland, and Livingston.

OUR PURPOSE

This group serves such a vast area to help bring "Witches" together to offer rituals to the pagan community that would otherwise get lost in the trees, and to allow us to explore the vast diversity of faiths that are present in the Houston Metropolitan Area. Houston has one of the nation's largest pagan communities so we have a lot to offer. My goal as organizer is to create the hub for people to find one another, help each of you find your faith path, and grow spiritually, all the while being able to celebrate the wondrous diversity of our local community.
