Build Your Field of Dreams and Strike Out AIDS!

Welcome, to the Big Leagues! OC AIDS Walk is gearing up for its big inning on Saturday, May 10th, 2008 at the spectacular Angel Stadium of Anaheim.

This year our goal is to raise $750,000! Here's the plan: 3,000 walkers raise $250 each for a grand total of $750,000! All you have to do is register today and start "Building Your Field of Dreams". Your Field of Dreams will be complete when you have 10 sponsors who donate at least $25 each, which gives you a grand slam total of $250! We know that we can hit this goal out of the stadium because many of you will raise so much more than $250.

Don't wait! Register now and start sending emails to your friends, family, co-workers, school mates, faith-based centers, business associates and everyone else you know who can help you Build Your Field of Dreams and Strike Out AIDS!

    • “ Such a positive way to give back to the community. I look forward to this walk every year! ”
    • “ The walk itself was quite lovely. If you didn't already know, it's a 5K walk around and inside Angel Stadium. The day was overcast and cool, which was perfect. They had us start out walking down the main drive towards State College st. between a marching band. We then walked to Orangewood, back into the parking lot through some Disney cheerleaders and a dj, down to the river, up the river then back into the parking lot (that sounds funny, but it works), under the big A where a rock band was performing (no idea who but they were passing out free Rockstar drinks *shrug*), back towards the stadium, down to the field, around the green on the brick dust, where they announced our team and then back out and to the front of the stadium where we ended our trek. Whew! By 5/10 we raised $1,550.00! Yay team! ”
