“ No e-mails are seen the day of the meet and often after lunch the day before. When it's at a private residence then You have to rsvp for the address. I send out at least 2 e-mails with the specific information on the meetings. They include a contact pone # for questions or needs. If You rsvp in that time period then it's not seen until days after the meeting. I'm sorry. You can call Me personally when these things happen or someone in the group who did rsvp for the meet. ”
